We also have boxes in our locked offices with restricted access and we keep all our archives from previous years in the building at 57, rue Ste-Anne, in a locked space with restricted access.
Computer :
We have access to our emails on our cell phones and on our computers. The information on our computers regarding ALL of our clients is on a locked server (we only have access when we are physically present in the office) and only employees have access to it. From this server, we have access to Sage 50, which is also secure, for our accounting aspect. We also have an Excel with a workbook per client. We also have a OneDrive to access our Excel and allow us to share documents with clients. We also have a Quickbooks online account. All our computers have antiviruses and have ESET protection. The reception computer is password locked, the others are with restricted access in closed and locked offices. For real estate, we have all paper documents in web version stored on the server.

Storage times for your data
L’Équipe Héritage Inc. does not keep data for use with newsletter systems, social networks or for statistical purposes. You can at any time request to delete your personal information or your visuals through our technology agent by writing to glampron@live.ca When you stop using our services, the data used for billing, Correspondence emails as well as your visual files are then deleted from the main computer.
