The information on our computers regarding ALL of our clients is on a locked server (we only have access when we are physically present in the office) and only employees have access to it. From this server, we have access to Sage 50, which is also secure, for our accounting aspect. We also have an Excel with a workbook per client. We also have a OneDrive to access our Excel and allow us to share documents with clients. We also have a Quickbooks online account. All our computers have antiviruses and have ESET protection. The reception computer is password locked, the others are with restricted access in closed and locked offices. For real estate, we have all paper documents in web version stored on the server.
