Order process
Orders are made online, just create an account and use the features of our transactional site.
Deadline for modification of an order: No modification can be made from noon the day after the transmission of an order. Any request for addition or modification made after this period will take the form of an order and a separate shipment.
Products temporarily unavailable: We do not automatically track products temporarily unavailable. It is your responsibility to order them again when they become available again.
Time to report an error: Please note that we accept error reports within 10 days of receiving an order.

All prices of our products are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery time
Two business days must be allowed for the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse, which must be added to three to five business days on average for delivery in Quebec, you can count about two days more for the other provinces. We will in no way be held responsible for any resulting delivery delay attributable to the carrier.
Return of merchandise
Returns of defective or non-compliant merchandise: All returns must be approved by phone before they are made. The goods will be refunded or credited according to the established conditions. No refund will be given if more than 20 days have passed since the order was shipped.
Restocking fee: For all non-defective merchandise returns, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The reimbursement of non-defective products is conditional on the good condition of the goods.
Special orders, non-standard formats and international orders: No return possible.
